The newly appointed Commandant of Zamfara Road Traffic Agency, Alh Bello Musa Ataka has stated that the agency would get a boost soon as machineries had been put in place to revive its lost glory.
The Commandant had disclosed to the invisible INSIDER that competent and reliable personnel would soon be recruited to meet up with the agency’s demands of effective and efficient service to save lives and properties of road users.
He opined that gone were the days when the agency was being operated as a personal entity.
Alh Musa Bello Ataka said the command would embark on public enlightenment to sanitize the larger society especially motorists on the need to obey the rules that regulate the agency. He further stated that print and electronic media would be engaged to publisize the activities of (ZAROTA) Zamfara Road Traffic Agency so as to create the needed awareness and keep the entire public well informed.
The Commandant disclosed that the Agency would have a new look as all the required machineries would be provided pointing out that the state capital Gusau and its environs would be given the desired needs of a state capital
He called on the larger society in the state and other relevant stakeholders, transport unions and motorists to give the agency the required cooperation to succeed in its assigned duties in Zamfara state.
Alh Musa Bello Ataka while thanking the Governor Dauda Lawal for giving him the opportunity to serve, promised to carry out his duties deligently without fear or favour as enshrined in his appointment letter.
