The zamfara state chamber of commerce, Industries,Mines and Agriculture (ZACCIMA)has finalized all necessary arrangements for the disbursement of twenty billion naira loans to it’s members across the 14 local government areas of the state.
This was disclosed by the president of ZACCIMA Dr Hassan Buhari while speaking to journalists at the Nuj press center Gusau on the preparations for the disbursement.
He said all the necessary arrangements and protocol has been concluded, the final list of the beneficiaries has been compile and transmitted to the state government for final approval.
He further said, the state government and Bank of Industry would collaborate in providing the loan facility in other to ensure that only members of the chamber are the beneficiaries so as to boost trade and commerce in the state.
Dr Hassan Buhari said the loan has been categorized into three,such as, medium, small scale, and companies.he said when the disbursement commence the small and medium enterprises would be the first to benefit ranging from twenty five million to million who has to provide collateral for the loan.
He said so far over one thousand application has been received from the small and medium enterprises while about five hundred applications has been received from registered companies .
He expressed confidence that the state government under Governor Dauda Lawal would fulfill its promise to the business community in no distant time.
Dr Hassan Buhari appeal to members of the chamber to excise a little patient as all arrangements are in top gear for the disbursement and urged to disregard any information that did not eminate from the chamber.
