The senator representing Zamfara north senatorial zone Senator A A Yari Abubakar has called on Islamic clarics to pray against the insecurity in Nigeria and Zamfara in particular
Senator A A Yari made the call while addressing Chief Imams of jumuat mosques, Islamic schoolars at his county home in Talata Mafara.
Yari said prayers becomes necessary to due dedication of Islamic schoolars to the service of God who ate always in contact with people at the grassroots . He further emphasize the importance of Imams and Islamic schoolars in total mobilisation of people at the grassroots due to their closiness with them in all spheres of human endeavor.
He describes them as great mobilizer in the areas teaching,role model and urged them to support government policies and program that area aim at alleviate the suffering of the people by offering constant prayers to see the end of insecurity in Zamfara and Nigeria in general.
He said, the recent stake holders meetings in Zamfara was aim at finding lasting solution to the lingering banditry and all other forms of insecurity in the state and making sure that farmers return farms .
Yari said the solution at the meeting requires constant prayers for God inventions to succeed .
