The Director-General of the National Productivity Centre Dr. Baffa Babba Dan’agundi, has launched the distribution of fertilizer to members of the Tinubu Support Groups in Kaduna State.
As part of efforts to enhance agricultural productivity, empower farmers, and strengthen the Federal Government’s commitment to food security and economic development.
Addressing beneficiaries the flag off for the distribution of fertilizer to to members of “CIKI DA WAJE” Tinubu and Uba Sani Solidarity groups, which held in their office recently in Kaduna.
Dr. Dan’agundi expressed profound appreciation to members of the Tinubu Support Groups in Kaduna State for their steadfast support and dedication, for President Tinubu and governor Uba Sani administrations.
He also commended the Governor of Kaduna State for his commitment to the welfare and unity inculcated amongst the All Progressive Congress members and others party’s support groups in the state.
The Director-General further acknowledged the outstanding contributions of Engr. Abubakar Kabir Abubakar (Abban Bichi), whose support made the intervention possible, by donating a truck of fertilizer to be distributed to both males and females farmers freely.
He however describing the initiative as a demonstration of collective commitment to improving the livelihoods of ordinary Nigerians especially farmers on agriculture.
In his addressed, the Kaduna State Coordinator of the Tinubu Support Groups, CKI DA WAJE, Hon. Musa Bawa, revealed that this is the third time Dr. Baffa Babba Dan’agundi has facilitated similar agricultural support for members of the groups in the state.
He described the Director-General as philanthropist leader who committed himself to the grassroots empowerment and development, he also offered prayers for Allah’s for continued guidance, protection, and greater success in his service to the nation.
Speaking on behalf of the beneficiaries, Malam Yusuf Musa Malali, and Malam Hadiza Sani Kakuri, have expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the Director-General’s consistent generosity and people-oriented leadership.
They further explained that, the fertilizer distribution would significantly boost their farming activities during the current planting season and reaffirmed their support for initiatives aimed at improving agricultural productivity.
