Flamingo foot ball club Tsafe emerged the winner for the concluded Aminu Leda Happy Sallah Unity Cup competition, which became the first in the history of football industry in Tsafe.
The tournament however is highly impressed thousands of spectators, players, and match officials for the smooth, and peaceful coexistence reflected at the matches played.
The final match played between Jimmy and Flamingo football clubs all in Tsafe, ended with two goals to nile, at one goal in first and second half, that’s give flamingo advantage to lift the trophy, held at National youth service Corp permanent site in Tsafe, Tsafe local government of Zamfara state.
Speaking while presenting trophy to the winning team, the Assistant superintendent of police Aminu Aliyu Leda, pledged to organised much more competitive, prices and prestiges tournaments that’s would bring fun, joys, and happiness to the people’s of Tsafe and it’s environs.
He however congratulated the team that’s lucky to emerged the winner, and the running teams who’s became the second position, third and others participants, for successful secured the completion of the game.
Speaking with participant that’s witnessed the final game, Aliyu Zubairu Gusau, said “I’m highly impressed with the conduct, arrangement and the way players shows their talents on the pitch.
He however saluted ASP Aminu for organizing such events that’s encourage unity amongst the teaming youths in Tsafe.
Other participant witnessed the final match, Abdullahi Saidu Gusau, has expressed his determination to choice some players between the clubs and register them to his football club academy in Gusau.
“I’m really excited with the conduct of the games, also encourage the players for more efforts, discipline, regular training and excirse s patients on the instructions and guidelines by their coaches.
Earlier in his welcomed addressed, the committee Chairman of the tournament, Ahmad Abdullahi Kwanti, said” Eight teams participated in the tournament.
He also explained that, the games is absolutely encouraged the talents and experience of players hoping having some players to secure appearance in leagues at national and international levels.
