The Zamfara state government has commends troops of Operation “FANSAN YANMA” for successfully neutralized over 50 bandits and five notorious bandit kingpins namely; Kachalla Na Faranshi, Kachalla Sanni Bammuwa, Kachalla, Kachalla Audu Gajere, Kachalla Auta (Son of Audu Jabbi), Kachalla Bako Malaika, Kachalla Gwammade and Kachalla Shehu during an aggressive raid by the security, supported by the air strikes around Tungar Danmusa at Tungar Fulani hill in Zurmi – Shinkafi axis and Ruwa. Dawa village, Maru local government area respectively.
While expressing deepest gratitude and commendation for the exemplary bravery and dedication displayed by our galant military forces against the notorious bandits terrorizing communities, the Zamfara state government noted that, the recent military launched on criminal enclaves supported by air strikes swift and decisive action has brought a sense of relief and security to the Zurmi – Shinkafi’s communities and further demonstrating our galant security agencies unwavering commitment to protecting civilians lives and upholding peace and order in the state.
“Indeed, the successful elimination of these notorious bandit kingpins and 50 others that are terrorizing innocent citizens in Zurmi – Shinkafi axis is a testament to the skill, courage, and professionalism of our military personnel in ending the menace in Zamfara and northwest states.
Consequently, your tireless efforts and sacrifice in the face of danger are truly commendable and deserve recognition at the highest levels and the impact of your actions goes beyond mere security; it restores hope and stability to the lives of countless individuals who have long suffered under the threat of banditries, kidnapping for ramson and other criminal activities across the state.
While extending heartfelt thanks and appreciation to our military forces and other security agencies for their selfless dedication to duty and positive role in safeguarding our communities, the Zamfara state government however, reiterated it’s commitments toward assisting the security agencies in the state in discharging their duty effectively.
Mainwhile,the state government however, call on the general public and communities to be vigilant and report suspicious movements and avoid providing logistics or shelter to fleeing bandits.
Kachalla Na Faransa and Kachalla Sanni Bammuwa, Auta, Audu Gajere and Bako Malaika who was eliminated together with their foot soldiers numbering over 50 during the encounter with troops had links with terrorists groups in Mali and was previously an ally of the notorious bandit leader, Bello Turji before establishing his own criminal network at Dutsen Kura forest in Mashema, Zurmi local government area, while the two notorious terrorists King pins, Kachalla Gwammade and Kachalla Shehu along with four others was also eliminated in Ruwan Dawa village, Maru local government area after military engagement in a fierce gun battle
