This is part of the fall out from the concerted efforts of Matawalle administration’s vision of an “Economically New Zamfara”.
In a letter of conveyance, the Nigerian Shippers Council also requested for an immediate commencement of the initial steps towards the realisation of these projects.
Already, a meeting between the State Government Officials and that of the Shippers Council is scheduled for early next month to roll-out a fast track to the take-off of the projects.
Governor Bello Mohammed (Matawallen Maradun, Shattiman Sakkwato) said the intention if his administration is to ensure that the State benefits from all available Federal Government Transport and Commercial Infrastructure that will lead to economic leap for the state.
Officers from the headquarters and Zonal Office of the Shippers Council will arrive Gusau early February in earnest preparation to the take-off of the projects.
