The All Progressives Congress Zamfara chapter has endorsed the candidature of president Bola Ahmad Tinubu in2027 general election.
The endorsement was done during a meeting of stake holders of APC at the resident of Senator A A Yari country home in Talata Mafara in Talata Mafara local government in Zamfara state.
A motion to that effects was moved by Senator Sahabi Yau Kaura for the endorsement and was seconded by a member representing Maru/Bungudu at the green chamber Hon.Abdulmalik Zubairu Bungudu.
The meeting was attended by all APC leadership from ward level,local government and state.
officials.
Others are all Senators, house of representatives members, house of assembly both serving and former, former governors and their deputies, former commissioners, Special Advisers,Directors generals and several stake holders of APC in the state
Speaking during the occasion, Senator AA Yari said the main purpose of the meeting is to reaffirms the unity of the party at levels and call on APC supporters to remain steadfast and united in repositioning of the party.
Yari said with this development it means that the party would only support President Tinubu in 2027 general election and ensure that the recapture power in the state in the state..
He further said the party fully united modern ever before.Several top APC stake holders spoke during the meeting in favour of the unity of the party in the state
