In a bid to ensure security and safety of the general public during the upcoming Christmas festival in the state, Zamfara command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has deployed five hundred and fifty personnel across the state.
Briefing newsmen at the command’s headquarters in Gusau, Commandant Sani Mustapha stressed that the deployed security operatives will diligently perform their duties to ensure hitch free festival. He advised the general public to be security conscious and cooperate with security personnel to effectively perform their duties.
The Commandant therefore hoped the festive period will be peaceful all over the state.
