SEXUAL HARASSMENT GOV RADDA SUSPENDS PRINCIPAL, ASKED SUPERIORS TO INVESTIGATE.

The Governor of Katsina state has tasked the state Commissioner for basic education and the Commissioner of Police to as a matter of urgency investigate a case of alleged sexual harassment against a female student by a then a school principal of a secondary in Katsina state
The Governor directed the Commissioner for basic and secondary education to immediately suspend the said one time principal and investigate the allegations with dispatch and take appropriate action and report the outcome of the findings to the office of the Governor
In the same vein the Commissioner of police Katsina command was also mandated to investigate the Divisional police officer of Dandume who was allegedly to had involved in gratification and compromised in the matter and the Commissioner of police should report the outcome to the appropriate authority for action
The culprit who was a then principal of government secondary school, Dantankari in Dandume local government area of Katsina state is a staff in the ministry of education Katsina state
The press statement issued by the Director press office of the Secretary to the government Abdullahi Aliyu Yaradua further revealed that the said staff one Lawal Ibrahim should be placed on suspension pending the outcome of the findings.
