The National President of Katsina State Indigenes Association residing in the 36 States of the Federation including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja and the Vice Chairman Police Community Relation Committee ( PCRC), Katsina State Chapter Aliyu B. Usman Daura (DEDA) have appealed to Members of the Association to disassociate themselves from the planned protest and to continue in supporting the Government policies and programs for peace and stability in the country.
This call was made when some Members of the Association from various States paid him a courtesy visit to Katsina Aliyu Daura who is also the Chairman of the Association in Sokoto State and President of the Daura Emirate Development Association DEDA.
They called on members not to take law into their own hands wherever they found themselves but to continue with prayers for God’s intervention over the country’s challenges.
The association also kicked against the protest rallies to avoid any act which could lead to the destruction of Government and individual properties as well as destabilize the economy of the nation.
