Former governor of Zamfara state and Senator-elect,Abdul Aziz Yari has emphasized that All Progressives Congress-APC-was the clear winner of the recently conducted governortorial election in the state.
Former governor Yari who led the governortorial campaign committee of governor Bello Matawalle declared that due to mysterious reasons their clear victory was denied by stakeholders. He made the declaration while receiving party supporters who paid him Sallah homage at his residence in Talatar Mafara.
The Senator-elect revealed that forensic evidence obtained from INEC’s server had clearly revealed the winning position of the ruling party in Zamfara state during the concluded election. He therefore assured that judicious measures were taken to reclaim the denied mandate.
Ex-Governor Yari thanked the party supporters for their resilience during the campaign and election struggle. He stressed that their perseverance and dedication will not be in vain.
The party supporters were from Gummi and Bukkuyum local government areas.
