The African Centre for Civil Rights Social Justice and Good Governance has described Governor Bello Matawalle as the best performing governor since the creation of Zamfara state.
This was disclosed in a press statement made available to Viewfinder in Kano which was signed by the Executive Director of the Centre, Dr. Bashir Shehu.
Dr. Shehu was replying those criticizing Governor Matawalle of poor performance noting that, he (Matawalle) executed a number of projects in the state were not done by any governor.
He enumerated some of the projects as Modeling and building first class Government House since the creation of Zamfara State, general modernisation of Zamfara State House of Assembly Complex and general improvement of the welfare of the state Civil Servants including annual increment and indeed their promotion.
Other Developments include in Health Hospitals, agriculture, educational support, scholarship, economy, security, foreign direct investment and so many other developmental projects.
The Centre finally called on the people of Zamfara state, to support Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle for his desire to provide good governance.
It then assured his supporters that, Matawalle will surely comes back as Executive Governor of Zamfara State once court delivered the judgement.
