The National leadership of (NURTW) National union of road transport workers under the able President Comrade Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya MC Oluomo has inaugurated a high powered Management and Electoral committee’s to oversee and conduct election within a the shortest possible time.
The (5) five Man committee saddled with the election is under the leadership of Comrade Garba Bala Vice President of zone 4 North Central, they are to conduct a befitting election into the FCT NURTW Council one week after sallah.They are expected to roll out the time table for the election according to the union’s constitution
Comrade James Uwem the national financial secretary who stood in for the President inaugurated the five Man and thirteen Man committee at the National secretariat council chamber Abuja he called on them to work towards the success of the Union at the FCT and the National body at large
Comrade Bashir G Bello the secretary of the Management team promised that the 13 Man committee under the leadership of Comrade Oyewale Kazeem
(A. K. A. Asiri Eniba) would carryout it’s assignment without any delay and in accordance with the stipulated union’s constitutional guidelines. Also the secretary election committee comrade Asabe Dogo assured that the committee would ensure free and fair conduct of election at the FCT NURTW Council Abuja.
