The management of the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company in Zamfara State has commended the State Commandant of NSCDC Zamfara State Command, Commandant Sani Mustapha for giving maximum protections to the company’s critical facilities in the state.
The Regional Manager of the company Mr Gaddafi Ibrahim Saminaka stated this when he paid a courtesy call on the State Commandant , Sani Mustapha. The Regional Manager said he is moved to pay a special visit to the Commandant as a show of appreciation for all the frantic efforts put in place by NSCDC in the state to protect electrical installations from vandalisation and theft.
The regional manager however solicited for the sustainability of the good job done by NSCDC in the state regarding the protection of KEDCO facilities.
The State Commandant, Sani Mustapha who welcomed the Regional manager and his entourage, avowed that Critical Infrastructure and National Assets protection is within the purview of the Corps and NSCDC is ever ready to carry out this mandate at all times especially in Zamfara State under his watch.
Commandant Sani Mustapha therefore assured the Company of the readiness of the Corps to safeguard their facilities in the state at all times .
He therefore urged the KEDCO management to feel free and always report any act of vandalism to the Corps to enable the Corps do the needful .
