The member representing Kaduna South Federal Constituency, Honourable. Hussaini Abdulkarim Ahmed, has accepted his nomination as the Authentic Legislator of the Year 2024.
In his response said that it will spur him on to do more for his constituents.
“This award motivates me to continue serving my constituents in Kaduna South Federal Constituency with dedication and impact. I’ll strive to represent them effectively in the National Assembly,” he said.
According to the letter personally signed by him, he thanked the 2024 Authentic News Daily Awards/Lecture Committee for finding him worthy..
“Thank you for nominating me as the Authentic Legislator of the 2024 Award. I’m honored and grateful for this recognition. I look forward to attending the event and meeting you,” he said.

It would be holding its 10th Annual Lecture and Awards Ceremony at the Auditorium Hall of the prestigious Arewa House Kaduna on Saturday May 10, 2025 by 10 am.
First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, who is expected to be presented an award as the AUTHENTIC Woman of The Year, amongst other distinguished personalities
The theme of this year is,”RELIGION AS A TOOL FOR PEACE AND NATIONAL UNITY”
Keynote address will be presented by General Tukur Yusuf Buratai (Rtd)former Chief of Army Staff.
Papers will be presented by Reverend Joseph John Hayab, Chairman CAN 19 Northern States and FCT (Christian perspective) and Sheikh Halliru Abdullahi Maraya, Islamic Cleric and Northern Coordinator Global Peace Foundation Nigeria.(Islamic perspective)
The event is expected to be moderated by the VC KASU.
