The University continues to promote excellence in teaching, research and innovation, while preparing graduates with the knowledge, skills and values required to contribute meaningfully to the socio economic development of the State and the nation.
The Vice Chancellor, Professor Abdullahi Ibrahim Tsafe, on behalf of the University community, restated ZAMSUT’s determination to strengthen its role as a centre of learning, research and innovation, and to work closely with the Zamfara State Government and other stakeholders in advancing the education sector.
The University also acknowledges and appreciates the continued support, cooperation and goodwill of the people of Talata Mafara and the host community. ZAMSUT recognises their partnership as an important component of the institution’s growth and development and looks forward to sustaining that relationship for the benefit of the University and the wider community.
As Zamfara enters another chapter of its development journey, ZAMSUT pledges to continue contributing its quota to human capital development, educational advancement and the pursuit of sustainable development across the State.
The University therefore joins all sons and daughters of Zamfara, at home and abroad, in celebrating 30 years of statehood, while looking forward with renewed hope and determination to a future of greater opportunities, peace, progress and prosperity.
