The former member zamfara state house of assemble representing Maru north Hon.Yusuf Alhassan Kanoma has dragged Hon.Mustapha Jafaru Kaura senior special assistance on media and communication to Governor Dauda Lawal to Court for alleged criminal deformation
This was disclosed to newsmen by the counsel to the complaint Barrister Surajo Garba Gusau when the case comes up for mention at the magistrate court 1 Gusau.
He said the judge has ordered that the accused be served with subtitling order of the summon by what ever means as he has failed to be served with the previous one.
Barrister Surajo Garba Gusau expressed optimism that at the end of the court process justice would be served
The case was adjourned to 27 April 2026 for further hearing
