The First Lady of Zamfara State warmly felicitates with the Muslim Ummah in Zamfara State, across Nigeria and around the world on the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitri, marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan 1447AH.
Her Excellency describes Ramadan as a sacred period of deep spiritual reflection, sacrifice and renewal of faith. She commends the Muslim Ummah for their devotion to fasting, prayers and their steadfast commitment to the values of patience, compassion, generosity and self-discipline.
As we celebrate this blessed season, the First Lady makes a heartfelt appeal to families, especially mothers and caregivers to remain vigilant and attentive to the safety and well-being of their children. She urges parents and guardians to closely monitor the movement of their children during visitations and festivities, ensuring they are always in safe and familiar environments.
She further calls on all citizens of Zamfara State to sustain the virtues learned during Ramadan by promoting peace, unity and mutual respect across communities, while extending love and support to the less privileged, widows and vulnerable children during this festive period.
The First Lady emphasizes that building a safe, harmonious and prosperous Zamfara is a shared responsibility, urging everyone to act with kindness, tolerance and a strong sense of community.
She prays that Almighty Allah accepts our fasts, prayers and acts of charity, and grants continued peace, protection, and prosperity to Zamfara State and Nigeria as a whole.
Her Excellency expresses confidence that the spirit of Eid will renew hope in our hearts, strengthen our bonds as a people and inspire greater commitment toward peace, security and sustainable development.
