The main and sub-committees recently set up by the state Commissioner of Health, Dr. Aisha M.Z. Anka has been described as a wonderful, magnificent and second to none experienced in the history of Zamfara State since its creation.
The description was made by some notable, retired and some serving civil sevants interviewed and sought anonymity. They extensively dwelled and agreed with the the government’s policies and initiatives
on how the health sector could be improved through the recent development.
Commenting on the issue, a retired and veteran health worker has remarkably commended the "RESCUE MISSION" of the state government under the leadership of Dr. Dauda Lawal and the visionary inclusion of professional doctors in the health sector like Dr. Aisha M.Z. Anka and her likes. According him, he doesn't know her but he believes in what she is doing especially on the calibre of people she brought to work and serve in the respective committees.Another analyst opined that, this is how government works when it has the people of the state. From what is contained in the committees, the government would definitely has a bright future in tackling a lot of Health issues in all nooks and crannies of the state because His Exellency is committed and already has planned to bail the health sector in the from deplorable conditions he observes at health facilities he personally visited and the reports he receives from commissioner of Health.
The third thanked Almighty Allah for sparing his life to witness the current administration of Dr. Dauda Lawal which he believes means nothing but to serve the general public in the state.
He also commended the gigantic effort of the Honourable Commissioner Dr. Aisha M.Z. Anka for her calmness and being able to search, find and assign the past and current professionals in the various committees recently constituted under her watch.
It’s good from what we have heard, the Honourable Commissioner chair the main and coordinating committee which will coordinate, over see and supervise sub-committees all with the purpose making it possible to solve major problems of Health issues in the state for the “RESCUE MISSION” to achieve its desired objectives.
He finally hoped and prayed Allah to strengthen His Excellency and make it easy and possible for him to succeed.
