The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Zamfara State Commandant, Sani Mustapha has massively deployed officers and men of the Corps to all nooks and crannies of the state to secure lives and properties of people residing in the state.
Commandant Sani Mustapha who gave a charge during the deployment briefing urged the officers and men to display professionalism and discipline while carrying out their lawful duties.
According to a press release issued by the command’s public relations officer, Ikor Oche, Commandant Sani Mustapha while assuring the general public of the resolve of the Corps to collaborate with other sister agencies to ensure a hitch free Christmas and new year celebration, said that the Corps will not compromise any security standard but to ensure that we do our best to secure all law abiding citizens.
Commandant Sani Mustapha however warned all the personnel involved in this special assignment to do it with due diligence and commitment to duty. He said no act of indolence and malingering will be tolerated.
Meanwhile, the State Commandant Sani Mustapha appealed to the general public to report any suspected movement and act which seem inimical to the peace of the State to relevant authorities immediately.
The NSCDC boss also wished the Christian Faithfuls a happy Christmas celebration in advance and a prosperous new year ahead.
